Abdullah serves as Director of Dining Services with expertise in department head level food service operations, dining, and medical nutritional. Over the past 19 years his career includes experience in department and area operations, nutrition, compliance, life plan communities, child day care/education and community outreach sectors.
He holds a Dietary Management certificate from Columbus State Community College and certification by the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals. Additionally, he holds a ServSafe certification by the National Restaurant Association and is a registered instructor and proctor. Abdullah is currently working towards his Food and Beverage Executive certification. He is an active member of the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals, National Restaurant Association, Association of Foodservice Healthcare Professionals, and Association of Food and Beverage Executives. He is the current President Elect for the ANFP Ohio chapter, committee member for the Columbus Public Health food protection advisory committee, and Vice Chair of the Food Service Administrator’s Advisory Committee HPS in Middleville, MI.
Having been born and raised in Columbus, Abdullah was happy to join the staff of FVC in 2016, having recently returned to the central Ohio from living and working in Greenville, NC.
