In the theme of living our best year in 2021, we’re offering a free 5-week series. Learn about molecular reactions created by foods and how these affect us. Together, we’ll shift our diets to reduce inflammation, improve sleep and increase immunity and brain health. Classes come with handouts and recipes.
Dr. Tremblay, retired Professor of Neuroscience & Audiology at the University of Washington and contributor to the World Health Organization’s “World Report on Ageing and Health,” will be joined by Chef Mike Peacock.
